James is the founder and lead physiotherapist at JU Physiotherapy. He graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2014 and brings over a decade of hands-on clinical experience. With a background in sports injury rehabilitation and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, James has worked with a wide range of clients—from professional athletes to everyday individuals managing chronic pain or recovering from surgery. Ashley is a physiotherapist specialising in the rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injuries and brain injuries.
