How JU Physiotherapy Can Help:
Comprehensive Assessment: A detailed evaluation of your physical capabilities, functional limitations, and personal goals. This thorough assessment helps in crafting a personalised rehabilitation plan.
Individualised Treatment Plans: Recognising that each injury is different, Ashley designs customised treatment regimes that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training. These plans focus not only on physical recovery but also on addressing cognitive and emotional aspects of healing.
Rehabilitation Techniques: Utilising cutting-edge techniques and equipment, Ashley incorporates neuroplasticity principles to promote brain and spinal cord recovery. This may involve task-specific training, gait retraining, and the use of assistive devices to facilitate mobility and independence.
Education and Empowerment: Ashley provides patients and their families with valuable education on injury management, coping strategies, and lifestyle modifications. By empowering patients with knowledge, she helps them take an active role in their rehabilitation process.
Support and Motivation: Understanding the emotional challenges that come with recovery, we offer continuous support and encouragement. We create a positive and motivating environment, fostering resilience and determination in managing patients.
Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Ashley works closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and neurologists, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
